Admins to your site from your organization will manage who has access to your unique OSIsoft Customer Portal and what permissions each individual will have. 

We are updating our security access policy to be in compliance with new data privacy regulations and customers' security requests.

As a part of OSIsoft's security access policy, the same email address cannot access multiple customer organizations' OSIsoft Customer Portal. Please work with your customers to assess the access you need in each of their OSIsoft Customer Portals, agree on associated email address and obtain SSO's appropriately tied to those unique email addresses. The associated Site Admins must add you as part of their team to grant you access to their OSIsoft Customer Portal.
