Primus Power and OSIsoft Announce Partnership

HAYWARD, Calif., Sept. 11, 2017 - Today Primus Power (“Primus”), a leader in stationary energy storage systems, announced a partnership with OSIsoft, LLC to integrate the PI System in the EnergyPod 2. The PI system is used by over 1,000 leading utilities, 95 percent of the largest oil and gas companies and increasingly in energy storage. Primus' stationary battery systems serve the energy storage needs of corporations and utilities. With a five-hour duration and lab-certified 20-year life, EnergyPod 2 delivers a total cost of ownership up to 50% less than conventional lithium-ion battery systems.

The partnership with OSIsoft highlights Primus robust growth. The company expects to have a fleet of over several hundred modular EnergyPod systems installed in the next year in multiple countries including US, China, France and South Africa.
