Lisa Wee
Lisa joined AVEVA in 2020 to lead the organisation's global sustainability strategy and function. Lisa has over 15 years of experience working on environmental and social issues for global companies having previously worked in multiple sustainability roles at Chevron and more recently having built up a sustainability programme at Under Armour. Lisa has a successful track record across all major areas of corporate sustainability, including strategy development, programme design and communications. She is passionate about accelerating the contribution of digitalization to sustainable development and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders to help solve sustainability challenges. Lisa holds a BA from the University of Oxford in Modern Languages and has an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Aamir Paul
Aamir Paul is the President of North America Operations and a member of the Global Executive Committee for Schneider Electric. In this role, he leads the commercial operations for Canada, Central America, Mexico, and the United States to deliver best in class solutions for partners and end users across our Energy Management and Industrial Automation businesses.
Prior to this role, Aamir served as the U.S. Country President for more than three years ; responsible for its commercial operations. He has also led Business Operations and the National Sales team for the U.S. since joining the company in 2013.
Before arriving at Schneider Electric, Aamir worked at Dell for over a decade, where he held several key roles of increasing responsibility in North America and Europe. He served as Dell s Senior Vice President of Server Solutions, leading the development and execution of the company s go to market strategy for all key markets and customer segments worldwide. He also had global sales responsibility for Data Center Solutions (DCS) and high Performance Computing (HPC), focusing on the top 100 customer relationships.
Earlier in his career, Aamir worked as a Process Engineer at AlliedSignal (now a part of Honeywell). He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL., and has completed advanced management studies at the University of Chicago Booth and INSEAD. Aamir serves as a board director for the National Association of Electrical Distributors, ETAP, and the Executives Club of Chicago. Aamir and his family live in Chicago, and he enjoys amateur photography and travel.

Elliott Bell
With over 28 years of experience in the industrial industry, with the majority being Pulp & Paper, Non Wovens, and Utilities, Elliott Bell is the Global Head of Pulp and Paper and Global DE&I Ambassador for Radix. Previously coming from Georgia Pacific, Elliott is a subject matter expert focused on Advanced Process Solutions for Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence. His extensive experience spans operational management, process controls, and capital project engineering. Elliott is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified and trained in Lean methodology, Four Step problem solving techniques, and center lining. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
