Mana Afshari
Mana is a strategic product manager focused on helping users with improving the manageability of the PI System and lowering the cost of ownership of their data infrastructure. Prior to OSIsoft, she conducted research and data science activities in the areas of structural health monitoring and smart materials under the sponsorship of Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR). She holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech university.

I am the Technical Product Manager for the PI Integrators product line. Prior to product management, my experience spans Technical Support, Field Service, and leading the support team in North America to deliver world-class support. My areas of interest include user empathy, market research, and empowering users with access to good, trustworthy data. I hold a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and am currently pursuing an MBA at UC Davis (go Sun Devils and Aggies!).
