Vivix Glass: Digital engineering cloud-based organizational transformation
Learn how Vivix Vidros Planos navigated a remarkable digital transformation journey, achieving substantial gains along the way. Despite its advanced technology factory construction and process automation, the company initially lacked an updated engineering foundation to support industrial operations. A strategic partnership with AVEVA has helped Vivix overcome these challenges. The company has implemented the building information modeling (BIM) methodology and adopted cloud-based solutions, optimizing real-time data integration and sharing. This digital journey also entailed a significant cultural shift, re-educating the workforce and adapting business strategies. Vivix's successful trajectory demonstrates the importance of embracing digitalization and serves as an excellent example for other enterprises in the sector.
