Customer requirements for tighter thickness tolerances and better surface quality have resulted in control system upgrades and a move towards tighter integration of the different manufacturing systems. The need to capture, analyze and visualize data across all of the manufacturing systems has resulted in the Ravenswood facility selecting the OSIsoft PI System as their manufacturing real-time data infrastructure.
